Ill be updating the PT2 and PT3 saves slowly this weekend with the new health system, but if you start at playthrough 1 you don't have to wait for those.
After changing the WillowEngine.ini for the yeti globals the game crashes before getting to the main menu now. Not sure how to fix. Edit: I didn't extract any files like an idiot. Once I extracted the files had no issue.
Edit 2: Game seems to crash when killing the last bandit in Fyrestone. Reinstalled game and still can't get it to work.
I had that issue too, it seemed to be related to Angel's message that normally appears right after you kill the last bandit in Fyrestone. The fix for me was to remove the -nomoviesstartup switch from the launch options in Steam.
-Fixed Guided Missile adding to the turrets total time resulting in multiple minute scorpio durations during long sessions This makes the on screen duration bar pretty unreliable, you might see large chunks of the bar disappearing and your turret going away after your accumulated time runs out.
-Fixed Bloodwings ransack and swipe pools sometimes not dropping items
-Attempted to fix bloodwing not returning for multiple minutes at a time after getting stuck
You can find the instructions on how to update on the main page under the install instructions.
pt 2,3 save files from modder are a bit broken. they have different weapon proficiency(0,22), and inventory slot(39~50+). they don't get inventory slot upgrades by quests. just download and play pt 1 save files.
I’m having an issue with this mod. I extracted the folder to the correct folder and I loaded with a Roland save. The turret takes longer than 60 second to come back when it’s suppose to be 60 second cooldown. It stays the same it seems to the original version, and what’s weird is the ability card says that it’s 60 second cooldown. I haven’t down the merged global part or the one that’s for co op, so maybe that’s why I’m having issues. But I’m also trying to use this with essentials mod.
Same issue with Brick. It's supposed to be 45 seconds now instead of 60, but if you time it out it's still 60. The Berserk duration is increased from 18 to 22 seconds though.
I remember Action Skill cooldown being tricky to mod in BL2 as well, so I'm not too surprised by this issue.
Good mod, just finished PT1 with it (Roland). Not that there is much competition as this mod is pretty much the only one offering balance tweaks for BL1. The new rarities are nice, making the game more consistent with itself as it already had 3 different shades for orange items. I didn't encounter any freezes or crashes in the Vault as mentioned in one of the previous comments. Killed the Destroyer, looted the red chests, brought the key to Tannis and started PT2 without problems. One bug caused by the mod for sure is Guardian Angel face not appearing on the screen during her messages. Sometimes a blue glitchy effect appears in the corner instead. Some other things might as well be original game bugs: Marcus's "partners" message in Rust Commons was completely silent but still dimmed all other sounds, and max health as shown in the inventory is always 1 hp more than the actual health (in the character screen and med vendors still shown correctly). Those are extremely minor tho.

That may not be this mod, as I have been playing with the Essentials mod and had this exact problem happen. Haven't played with this mod yet but am about to.
For anyone wondering how to get the mod to work with the Enhanced edition, and maybe the OG version idk, here is how me and my friends, who are currently all playing together through the entire game, accomplished it.
1. Install the game fresh and start it up. DON'T, I repeat, DON'T change ANY settings in the launcher! Just start up the game.
2. Let the main menu load up and then just quit. DON'T CHANGE ANY SETTINGS HERE YET!
3. Download all the files, expect maybe "Character Overhaul and LegX Custom Globals Merged" if you don't want to use it.
4. Put all the main Overhaul files into a folder called "Overhaul" (not the character save files). Put these files in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\BorderlandsGOTYEnhanced\WillowGame\CookedPC" (or equivalent steam folder for alternative installs). 4b. If you're using the "Character Overhaul and LegX Custom Globals Merged" files you would put them in that folder also.
5. Go to "C:\Users\*YOUR ACCOUNT NAME*\Documents\my games\Borderlands Game of the Year\WillowGame\Config" and find the file "WillowEngine.ini". Open it with notepad, notepad++, or whatever text editor you enjoy using.
6. Search for "DefaultGlobalsDefinitionName" and put "YetiGlobals.General.Globals" right after the "=" sign with no spaces. *Don't use quotes (")* 6b. If you're using the "Character Overhaul and LegX Custom Globals Merged" files then instead put "gd_globals_custom_overhaul_merged.General.Globals". A disclaimer, we just used the non-custom globals, so I can't comment on how they work.
7. Start up the game, once again WITHOUT changing any settings in the launcher, and see if it crashes. If it doesn't, great! If it does, you may have missed something from one of the steps or the computer gods hate you. If it's crashing, then just go to your "Borderlands Game of the Year" folder in the "my games" folder and delete it completely. Don't worry, this will just force the game to get you a completely fresh set of configs files that won't crash the game when you try and start up again. Your characters will be fine once you get in game and regenerate themselves, so no real data lose happens, but you could back them up to just be safe.
8. Once the game starts up without crashing, you can finally go and change all your settings without worry. 8b. A friendly tip, if you're using DXVK to fix the memory leak problem this edition has then you should probably turn off Ambient Occlusion. We are using "Version 1.10.3" and it causes horrible black stripes on everything with that option on. It's possible that the newer "Version 2.0" released after we started playing fixes that issue, but I didn't want to change my setup in case it broke. Also, make sure you use the files "dxgi.dll" (the main file) and "d3d11.dll" (the DX version this game uses) and put them in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\BorderlandsGOTYEnhanced\Binaries\Win64", the other files you don't use in this case.
9. Leave the game and reopen "WillowEngine.ini". Make any final changes you wish directly in here, one of which I would suggest be going to "bHasVoiceEnabled=" and changing "True" to "False". This turns off the horrible voice chat in the Enhanced edition that is broken and constantly sends packets that destroy connections as a result and makes sure that it really is off, as the setting in the game itself doesn't actually do anything to it for some reason. In any case, finish up and save your changes.
10. Right click on "WillowEngine.ini" and click "Properties". Click the box next to "Read-only" next to "Attributes:" at the bottom. This will make sure the game can't change your settings without you knowing and keep them all nice and orderly.
11. Reopen the game, ignoring the message about it being denied access to the file, and see if it gets in game. If it does, then your job is almost over with!
12. Exit the game and go to "C:\Users\*YOUR ACCOUNT NAME*\Documents\my games\Borderlands Game of the Year\Binaries\SaveData" and plop down the character files that you downloaded from the mod page inside of there that you wish to use. Do note, they seem to like to resave themselves in different slots and could possible destroy your other character by overriding their own save slot, so make sure to back them up if you care about them.
13. Go back into the game and select the file you want to use. Enjoy the Overhaul!

Since I personally found the provided save files to have some issues, like not all of them having the same element levels or skill levels for each weapon class, I went and edited them for our playthrough to make everything smoother. Since some people might find them useful, I uploaded them to a MEGA account for people to download and use for themselves, with notes included to help detail what each should contain.
I didn't include any of the Playthrough 1 files (due to them being fresh obviously) and do know that some of the aspects might be incorrect due to me messing up something along the way. Use them at your own risk and understand they could become outdated if RedxYeti updates the mod in the future. Also, I haven't tested out the Playthrough 3 (2.5) files due to our playthrough going with the Playthrough 2 files, so those might have issues I don't know about. I made them when it was at version "2.0" for the main files and through the wonderful editing program Willowtree for future people's reference.
God I'm so thankful! For other people who are installing this mod after already running the games / editing settings in the startup, you can also hit the "Defaults" button to reset any changes to make the mod work!

-Scattershot has been fixed and rebuffed, now does 6% more damage per point with only 3% spread penalty

Also 60 sec with no abilities to change CD.
