This is basically the same as the ultimate vault hunter mode from borderlands 2. It's a max level playthrough.

This is a pretty simple "mod". It's just some altered game saves so you can playthrough the game at max level kind of like you can in borderlands 2.
You start out turning in the mission "rescue claptrap" because the enemies in the very beginning don't spawn in this game state. (just run over to the clap trap and press use) Just start playthrough 2 on the character you picked and youre ready to go!
These saves have no items at all but its pretty easy to find guns in this game so I'm not too concerned. You can use the saves in the download section or you can follow the instructions further down to turn your own level 69 character into a playthrough 3 save.

Installation for the saves I provided:
1. Download the character you want to play
2. Navigate to \Documents\My Games\Borderlands Game of the Year\Binaries\SaveData
3. Back up your saves
4. Place the downloaded save into the folder
5. Start playthrough 3, when you get to the mission kill 8 bandits youll have to go to boneheads area until you kill 8 bandits.

Making your own level 69 character a pt3 character
1. Download enhanced willowtree ( https://sourceforge.net/projects/willowtree/files/2.3/ )
2. Open your save
3. Go to the quests tab
4. Highlight playthough 2, click on actions and click "clear quest list"
5. Staying in PT2 highlight Fresh off the bus and set it to Finished
6. Click new and add the quests Find Steele and The doctor is in and set those to finished
7. Click new and add skags at the Gate and Destroy the Destroyer and set those to started
8. Click new and add Claptrap Rescue (its pretty hidden youll have to scroll to find it) and set that ready to turn in.
9. Go to the echo logs tab and delete all of the playthrough 2 echos
10. Save Willowtree
11. Start playthrough 3, when you get to the mission kill 8 bandits youll have to go to boneheads area until you kill 8 bandits.
