You have the exact right idea but perhaps not the means to accomplish them.
If you don't already have 7-Zip or Winrar go download one of them. ".7z" is a different compression algorithm than ".zip" and needs one of those two programs to decompress it. Windows File Explorer doesn't do it last I checked. If you have successfully decompressed it you should be looking at just a normal folder you'd find anywhere on the computer.
I find my savefiles in C:\Users\Uniqueduck\Documents\My Games\Borderlands 3\Saved\SaveGames\cb6ab83cd24c381dab6d55f5z74cd851. Rename "1.sav" to any number you don't have in your own or you will write over one of your characters. Then move this newly renamed .sav file to your own SaveGames folder. If you've done all that you should be able to load up the game to find "You're a Wizard Fl4k" in the load character menu.
If you can't find your own SaveGames folder, perhaps because you have multiple SSDs and HDDs, you can use the search function in Windows File Explorer. Might take a bit, but that'll locate your folder for sure. Just search something like "Borderlands 3" or "SaveGames."
If you have 7-zip installed you should be able to right click on the .7z file, from the desktop or within Windows File Explorer, and find 7-Zip in the options, open the sub-menu then click "Extract to You're a Wizard Fl4k\"
made it work first time got bunch of achievements from steam but yeah i think i stick to my own characters since this one is already lvl 50 and my own highest is lvl 34 so far was just curious about it. well i be searching further .

Hey man, I absolutely love the builds! I always get excited to see new updates. Just wondering tho, is it possible to add a elemental projector otto idol with irradiate chance, radiation damage and +1666 shields with the next update? Ive been trying to make some build variations, but that 1 item has avoided me. Much appreciated, keep up the awesome work!

The optional files will probably see multiple updates over the next two weeks as the anointed rates have been raised. It's a good time to farm. I'll send you a DM and or respond here if I've included this specific roll into the artifact mule.
Great mod uniqueduck this is such a boon for players with all your hard work! I have been trying sooo hard farming for a ASE 100% weapon damage radiation redistributor, any chance this is hiding on a character not yet added to the saves? REALLY want one..
I'll take a look through all the mules I have set up for MT farming. That being said I don't plan on doing another update for at least another week or so. Direct message me your Epic ID. If I have one, I can send it in the next day or so.
Edit: I do have one. It's a 49 Mag size though which is not optimal.
