Installation: Extract the archive to the game folder.
Uninstalling: Remove NoLootCostSpin_p.pak file from OakGame\Content\Paks\~mods folder.
To disable cost spin inside inventory, need to set CostSpinTime property to 0 for every ItemCard object in the memory. This can be done manually with UEVR every time the game is loaded. I do not know how to create a script.
