      you can respec the skill tree but you will have to edit save in order to get more than max spec points in each slot

   I try the ps4 version didn't work everything all legit so it not like in the video 340/ unlimited just like it can you updated i try couple times still the same

      You have to download the PC version of the save not the PS4 version.

      i normally would run a save editor and open the file there then load that save up in borderlands. probably an easier way to but thats what works for me.
