Thanks, simply moving the files that you said to a new folder "backup" works flawlessly. You can also move the "loading.mp4" file, that is the claptrap going from left to right.
Thanks, @angryglock, but please be aware of a bit of info based on an issue I encountered.
After I tried installing BL3 editor and Moxxie intro mods, that NOSTARTUPMOVIES launch parameter for Steam BL3, caused the BL3 to freeze with black blank screen after game is launched from Steam. Removing the parameter made the game launch normally again, but I had to sit through those long intro movies.
But this nointro mod works perfectly and fixed the black blank screen issue. I took a backup of the original movies, just in case. I know a game update will probably overwrite this mod, but this mod is just empty bik movie files anyway, so I can easily reinstall it in a couple of mods. Good mod, @Tramwaj!
These files are only minor irritants. I just renamed them by adding .no to the end. "2KLOGO.mp4.no", etc...
The big one is "MARCUS_INTRO.mp4". That's the 2:20 one where he's telling the story that you have to watch every single frikken time you make a new character.
Just a note for everyone, not counting the first intro movie the game actually starts loading the main menu in the background while the movies play and after extensive testing with an NVME SSD (Samsung) I've found the game takes exactly the same amount of time to load with or without intro videos.
The only one I would delete or rename is the one that plays first as no loading is happening at that point. I forget which plays first or I'd post it... sorry, didn't get much sleep and the caffeine hasn't kicked in yet.
Also remember these files will be restored everytime the game has an update that is delivered through the epic launcher. In game server side hotfix updates won't have any effect on the videos. The game basically has 2 update methods. First is via the epic launcher which is for patches that change actual game code and the other kind happens when you load the game and it talks to the server. If there is a hotfix and you load into the map it's applied it will tell you to quit to the main menu and reload. These hotfix updates are basically simple things like damage values for items, drop rates etc. Essentially values we would normally find in. UE4 ini file...but in this Games case those files are oddly encrypted. Thanks denuvo!
Removing/replacing/renaming the clips doesn't make a difference. The intros normally are skippable as soon as the game has loaded all the necessary data. If you remove them you get a black screen for the exact same amount of time. So, you can decide whether you want to look at a black screen or some logos.
broke my client doing this now reinstalling, not sure if it was related but it pissed me off after i tried this out, error LS-0013, had to admin both epic games client and the game for my game to finally work

Open Epic client. Click Settings. Scroll down until you see Borderlands 3. Check "Additional Command Line Arguments" and enter -nostartupmovies
Press ENTER to commit. Same thing works on BL2 on Steam.

I don't know where the bar fight video is :(
