    Seems like this save doesn't work anymore when I tried to import it, it doesn't show up in my game.

    still works but all my enforcer trees are empty and i dont know how to fix them with the save editor

      How are you getting this to work? I've tried all of the suggestions below and still am unable to get it to work.

    this is not working whatsoever. at least not after bl3's recent patch. I can even show you on discord if you want. I even have all my cloud saves turned off. but steam replaces and still keeps your saves regardless of them being on or off.

      Turn off cloud save for Steam AND the game.

    My question is where do you put this file at after downloading the file?  You give no instructions on how to use this file.  Most people do.

      Replace when asked, Make a backup of your Profile.sav if you ever wanna revert it.

      I was honestly gonna say the same thing, if you're on nexus looking to install saves then you should know already that it's extremely simple.
