Makes a bunch of random changes to new items added in the Fight for Sanctuary DLC.

Slag Damage to NE Damage

Changes the 'Slag Damage' attribute to multiplicative Non-Elemental Damage, meaning any item/skill that boosts Slag Damage will boost Non-Elemental Damage instead.
