About this mod
No longer shall everything instantly fight you over disputing the border lands. This mod lets you make every enemy or friendly be neutral until you attack one and anger their friends. It also allows for everyone to attack each other in another option, this includes other players and more!

PRACTICALLY ALL MODS WILL NOT WORK AS OF 2020 UNLESS YOU PUT THE FILE THAT YOU EXECUTE INTO "OFFLINE" MODE VIA THE BOTTOM LEFT OF BLCMM. THIS DOES NOT PREVENT MATCHMAKING, RATHER IT IS A
METHOD TO FIX MODS NOT WORKING DUE TO SOME UNINTENTIONAL CHANGES TO BL2 FROM GEARBOX.

IF YOUR GAME REFUSES TO ACTUALLY START, LOOK FOR "ddraw.dll" IN YOUR WIN32
FOLDER IN YOUR BL2 BINARIES DIRECTORY, THEN DELETE IT.
THIS MOD MUST BE MERGED IN BLCMM TO BE USED CORRECTLY!

GENERAL OVERVIEW
This mod must be customized in BLCMM to work.
My mod simply allows you to change the allegiances of all AIs to allow for some altered gameplay.
For example, you can make all enemies be neutral until you attack them, which allows for you to take a look at them or whatever.
You can make everything friendly for a jolly walking experience.
You can also make everything neutral to you, but they attack each other without damaging you (NPC battles).
This even works for other players if you want to experience an extremely unbalanced PvP mode, or some sort of realistic mode.
