- Axton: implemented a better fix for the Sabre Turret damage scaling (should now be exactly as on console).
- Salvador: fixed an issue with recoil reduction vs. Hyperion weapons while Gunzerking
- Maya: Included an optional nerf to Cloud Kill, which depends on playthrough/level.

- Adapted everything to the new level cap at 80 + OP10.
- Fixed some general balance inconsistencies in the 73-80 range, resulting from the level cap increase.
- Added a (balanced) optional boost to damage over time in UVHM and OP levels.

- Worked around a bug that gave semi-infinite phaselock when subsequence hits an immune target.
