      You need ''Texmod''. Google, download,open,locate the Gaige's texture,then start the game thru ''Texmod''.

      If you got the skins unlocker, you may just be seeing the vast list of skins you haven't purchased yet. (this isn't even a lootbox thing as it's strictly cosmetic) Gearbox went to some effort to make many alternative looks for the characters then put piddling prices per pack. (alliteration deliberate)

      No, he actually changed the material types, which makes the jacket look more like leather instead of cloth.
