Enables Gemstone variants of E-Techs to spawn, as well as Gemstone versions of Unique/Legendary/Seraph items (at increasingly lower rates) that appear in the base game or Tiny Tina DLC (no other DLC, for legal reasons and such).
Options to toggle what and what does not spawn are available, such as preventing E-Techs but allowing Special weapons, or preventing special weapons that are normally elementally locked like the Thunderball Fists from spawning as Gemstones (on by Default). You can further toggle each of those by manufacturer/gem (Quartz, Emerald, etc.)
There is an added Seraph Gemstone rarity that occupies the same rarity that a few other items in the game use, namely a few non-mission-item ECHOs, Geary's Gear, and the fish in the Valentine DLC. The ECHOs and Gear will end up having the Seraph Gemstone rarity if you have the rarity on, unable to find a workaround. You can toggle it off in Rarity Levels Colors.
If you run a mod that alters rarities, you may want to disable the changes to rarity level colors and the rarity of gemstone guns if you see results that don't seem right. Disable them in the Unofficial Community Patch as well, if you need to.

NOTES
=====
Guns that are not included in the main game or Dragon's Keep DLC are not included. This is due to the game deleting the gun barrel upon entering a save file, and I can't legally fix that.
Unique Gemstone items will spawn with the Gemstone rarity, E-Tech and Legendary Gemstones will spawn as Legendary, and Seraph Gemstones will either spawn as white or a custom Seraph Gemstone rarity (on by default.)
The game will delete the weapons if you do not run the mod before loading a save file.
The gemstone rarity replaces on of the two legendary rarities in the game (the one that is weirdly beow e-tech) and fixes the items that used it previously to use the regular legendary rarity. If you see a legendary item using the gemstone rarity for some reason (such as a mod item or replacer), this is why.
These operate in the same way Hyperion Diamond E-Tech Pistols do, meaning they can spawn with no element, or accessories that otherwise wouldn't be present on the normal, non-Gemstone version (or may be missing them, like the Law's blade).
Run this after the Jakobs & Torgue E-Techs mod, if you use it.
If you use the option in "Jakobs & Torgue E-Techs" to enable Torgue Blasters to have explosions, be sure to turn on one of the fixes so that Rock Blasters and Emerald Blasters spawn with the appropriate barrel.
Due to hotfix "brilliance", Aquamarine Snipers won't work unless you do the following;
1. Load up a file that doesn't have the Aquamarine Railer, and start up a game.
2. Activate this mod.
3. Exit back to main menu.
4. Activate this mod.
5. Load the file with the Aquamarine Sniper on it.
