My excuse to cheat in this game is that i have beat it several times and i got bored and use some cheats to spice it back up a little and i don't use anything that involves cheating (Characters,Guns,ect) online i keep that to myself and play fair online.
it's not necessarily cheating. The only reason I'm getting this is purely to see how the skill trees can work out for like 5 minutes each class to see build potential I have no idea that was there prior since still new to the game.
There are good reasons to get saved characters. For me, I was playing BL2 on a PS4 where I got both Maya and Axton to OP4, with several other characters under development too. Then I got a PC, and you can't transfer PS4 characters to a PC. So I would have to play the game through 3 times with each character just to get to where I am now on the PS4. Not a good prospect.
And then there's the fact that BL2 gets more interesting on the higher levels, so if you're interested in seeing how other characters play on UVHM, you again would have to play through the game 3 times to get them there.
One of the joys of having a gaming community is that people share their experiences with others. Making high-level characters available in a game like this is a service, not a cheat. Thanks to the modders who share the same idea.
