      Of you're using the Borderlands Game of The Year (GOTY) version then you need the updated version from https://www.nexusmods.com/borderlandsgotyenhanced/mods/9

      i too would like to know, Borderlands 1 already had zombies thanks to a DLC but Borderlands 2 doesn't really have MUCH of a Zombie DLC unless you count the Headhunter, which I felt lacked a bit in "zombies"

      It's a custom level for Borderlands 1...not Borderlands 2
