Is it possible to make it so intead of every tower turning into just one tower then every tower will turn into a completely random tower. That way you can have both random upgrades and random towers, random everything. If it is possible and I am just stupid then how? If not I think that would be cool.

Get the Bloons TD6 Hypersonic Mod with this Tower mod Unlock the 2-0-0 for the Engineer and place down or upgrade an engineer to that. It will then spam its turrets rapidly, so before you crash. Exit the map and close the game. Then you go into the One Tower to Rule Them All folder to change the tower to a 5-2-0 Banana Farm and go back into the game. Lastly, head back to the map with the sentries and now all the sentries should all be 5-2-0 Banana Farms. You can easily hit 1 billion coins with this by round 10, if you want to have normal towers to defend. Close the map with the farms intact and remove the Tower mod from the Mod folder and restart the game.
