ithinkandicode's "Faster Movement" mod changed it to 115%, but I found it too subtle. I'm not sure if they plan on updating their mod but personally I have no plans in adding different options as that would multiply the maintenance work required.
Just in case, "Faster Movement Speed (1.5x)" v0.0.1 works fine with Bloodstained ROTN v1.21 (for those still using the older version of the game because of the broken mods compatibility with the newer v1.30).
Disclaimer: The recent 1.30 update broke most mods and how things need to be modded now is also different. Until the community guides are updated to reflect the updated ways of modding I will not try to port this over to the next update. If you still want to use the mod, you still can but will need to say on version 1.21.
Update: Version 1.31.0 has been released for game version 1.31. You can still find the old 1.21.0 version in files if you want to use it on an older game version.

Well, 120 is nearer to 115 than it is to 150. Plus it won't allow accessing certain areas.
So, I'll use that mod instead. Again, TY for your time.
Pick whichever you prefer.
