The Bloodborne PSX Demake on PC is one of the most ambitious fan-made game projects ever! This mod places the PSX Hunter and weapons into the PS4 version of the game!
It currently has the Saw Cleaver and Blunderbuss, and more weapons will be added soon! To install this mod, you will require to have a modded PS4, and know how to load these files into that PS4. You can look up online how to make fake patch package files.
