A reddit user claimed that they got rid of vertex explosions by starting the game without the mod, customize the character and then activating the mod afterwards. Do you guys tried this? If yes, does it work?
Tried it and thought it worked at first because the hair type and color as well as the eye color did not change, until i realized that the face proportions were all reset.
For anyone still wondering, customization partly works, but character's face defaults to this (right one on a screenshot). Still no workarounds? Like, changing this default face to already customized one? Or maybe changing some headwear to match my character's face?
You would need to use SmithBox and modify one of the default FaceParams to match what you want.
Open Bloodborne and go to the character creator. Make note of some of the values the default face has that you will be using. Then make your adjustments and open SmithBox and FaceParam. Then find the default face that uses the values from the default you use in game, and modify it to fit your custom character.
have you tested this? because I'm not sure, and I think it'll cause vertex explosion regardless, as you'll use a customized character (custom values or something) since it is the one that causes it no?
OP's character looks effing good T_T sadge that the emulator fcks this up
Thank you so much rainmakerv2 for this amazing mod. Works very well so far, the only vertex explosion I found is Eileen the Crow wounded at the top of the stairs outside the cathedral.
any version works with mods. I recommend the diegolix full-souls branch of shadps4 since it fixes some visual effects such as cainhurst snowfall or the black particles when warping that aren't present in main branch
