That deblur genuinely makes the game 10x better 🙏🙏, have absolutely no clue why this isn't the default look. Was tweaking around with settings because my PC couldn't handle max settings, and realised texture quality makes a huge difference to looks but couldn't turn it on coz it tanks FPS then stumbled across this mod and it makes an even bigger difference than texture quality or any other game settings . They really should have an option in game to fully turn off depth of field and bloom too at least (annoying you can't just edit the game config files either). Hopefully stuff like anti aliasing can be tweaked to look better as well?
Thank so much for the mod, I can play VS mode without heavy eyestrain due to the red line/blur but the aliasing is still a big issue. Is there any way to reduce it? My settings are maxed out in Nvidia control panel but this remaining ugly aliasing seems to be the models themselves or anything else... 4k doesn't help either.
Yeah the aliasing is bad in this game I even tried NVCP's anti aliasing + reshade's anti aliasing and it didn't help at all What about your game settings tho? for me the only thing that helps it is putting the texture quality on high but my PC can't seem to handle it unfortunately, I wish there was a setting for the models only
That's bad :/ I have a 4090 so everything is maxed out in 4k ingame, I never had a single crash/stutter, the game is pretty smooth. I'd have to skip all cut-scenes in story mode due to the aliasing killing my eyes, battles are ok to some extend but I wouldn't play for a long time though. Also I'd love the tiktok effect removed everywhere in the menu of the game and/or replace all the backgrounds to plain eyes friendly colors if that's possible because it's really too much. Bandai made a game to burn players' retina x_x
This looks amazing, this might a stupid question but any chance one day it will be useable online? i dont know how reshades work or why anticheat has a problem with it...
As far as I know it's because ReShade works by DLL injections, which which is the same method many cheats use. That's why EAC automatically flags it as a potential risk. As for your first question, I'm not really sure.. maybe there'll be a way to bypass it in the future
I also made the same mod for myself at home. The only difference is that I also removed shaders 4130173476 and 1532848265. I do not claim anything, I just can not run game on maximum settings. If you want to test it, maybe it will be even better)
Thanks for the feedback! I already tried disabling all of those together, but it didn't really seem to make a difference, does it to you? I could be wrong
For me, these two shaders affected the blur of the background, not much, but the textures seemed to flicker less. The problem is that I have a 12-year-old TV instead of a monitor. So it's hard to evaluate the changes correctly...
That's interesting, for me they only made an impact when they're toggled on their own, I made a toggle of each shader and when I had the 2245831910 one active, toggling 4130173476 and 1532848265 with it didn't change the background this time or anything, it is as if disabling 2245831910 already disables all the effects the other ones have
Nexusmods auto scanner hates me it keeps removing the file, I contacted the support team in the meantime you can get it from here: https://gamebanana.com/mods/585054
I don't think I'm capable of such thing sorry, it'd would have been easy if the game used unreal engine but unfortunately it doesn't, maybe someone in the future will be able to, or the devs release an optimization update
