    how do I... activate it? I go into the game and see no effects whatsoever, I don't know where to look, I have it downloaded in the right area, but its doiung nothing, and I don't know where the effects are in the book, someone please help me.

      i agree, if the size and amount of sparks were toned down a little, this mod would be perfect
