   does this work with u12.3? im tryna reinstall all of my mods and i really liked this one cuz i could slow time and stop time while wearing your armor and i dont like the reverse flash very much because it messes with my spells

     to make this mod better get the SUPER SUPER SUPER SPEEDY mod on mod.io u wont see it when u first type it, but then go over to most downloads on the top and press overhaul/QQL also get easy weapon handling to move your arms normally in slow mo. your welcome :)
