If you are having issues with the mod, please ensure to check the following.
-Are you on the most recent version of Blade and Sorcery Nomad? This map is not intended for the U11 beta for nomad. Have you also gone into the Oculus app and changed your version from beta to full release u11?
-Have you deleted your save file via the file manager on the Quest 2 headset (not the ingame save)? It is a best practice to delete your physical save file when upgrading between versions/betas or when mods continue to cause issues even after being removed. Your save file on the Quest 2 is located via the following folder path on your Quest 2:
-Do you have any other mods installed that could conflict? Do you have old mods from the U11 Beta installed still? The Quest 2 has limited RAM so it is possible that other mods are preventing the game from loading (though I have tested with the Medieval Mega Pack and a few other mods installed and was perfectly fine). The map also uses the slot "28" so if another map has the same number in its level json, it may not appear.
-Did you unzip the mod folder prior to dropping the folder into the mods folder on the headset?
- If all else fails, reload the game to the home level via the book until it appears. - If you get stuck on an infinite loading screen when booting up the game, try restarting/powering on and off your Quest 2 headset. - If you still get infinite loading screens after removing the mod, remember to delete your save file.
This is a map/level mod, it doesn't add any new weapons, but does require the mods Lightsabers Core U11 and Lightsaber Waves U11 be installed to function properly.
Bro playing this map made me realize just how much potential this game really has. Could you imagine if B&S was an rpg? The possibilities for storytelling are unreal. The atmosphere of that first cave was near perfect, and I spent way more time than I'm willing to admit purely on exploring the map. I thought there'd be a cheeky easter egg somewhere and while I didn't find an easter egg, I did find another part of the cave that was blocked off and when I got in there it was pitch black. That's the first time I've ever used a torch in B&S and it got me thinking, why are there no dark places in B&S? Idk if you plan on making any more adventure maps like this, be it star wars related or not, but if you do I'm begging you to make some dark sections where the torch would have practical use. I could just imagine being snuck up on by bandits in the dark, that would add yet another layer to this already brilliant game
Amazing Mod man!! Thanks a lot! Any chance of a sith npc boss spawn being triggered at the end? With so many skins a random sith boss would be fire. Im aware there and all but itd feel like a real boss fight. Just an idea thats probably already been brought up lol
The 1st time playing, the caves are something out of a horror game!!! Absolutely amazing!!! Thankyou for this great map!! Finally can play a starwars map in U11!!
