    Is there a setting for the randomization of how often NPCs will get high tech weaponry?

    Another suggestion is to maybe use star wars dungeons to let npcs hold whatever is in the spawn book whenever you use spawn eggs or spawn creature spell, I think.

    Ppl actually need to install those 3 original mods otherwise it doesn't work. So you should add them as requirement
