I'm not sure If this could work but in "manifest" changing the version from "0.11.0.0" to "0.12.0.0" Could work if they haven't removed this menu from existence. Let me know if it works I haven't checked.

I'd like to point out since people are struggling with this, the options.opt is not in the mods folder, its in the saves file. (Two files or so up from the mod itself I think)

Deleting the file I'm sure won't effect your mods. and also I'm not sure how to fix this on mobile or anything so don't ask me and btw to the other person you didn't need to delete the game just the file
open mobile vr station, go to local files, modding imformation, blade and sorcery nomad-mods, app folder, files, save, then delete default. then open blade and sorcery, and don't change ocean graphics.

Edit: I found the file for b&s so hopefully it should work now.
btw i have 4 options files and they are just called "Options" not "options.opt"
go to local files, modding imformation, blade and sorcery nomad-mods, app folder, files, save, then delete default. then open blade and sorcery, and don't change ocean graphics.
