I don’t have it out against solar, I have it out against modders that make cheap, quick and easy mods and refuse to get better at modding despite getting help from other modders and getting mad at people for liking other people’s mods. So yeah, solar
i didn't get mad at sneeper's mod. I was having an argument with a nexus user, entirely unrelated to the mod or the author. I am sorry you do not like my mods, but arguing like this isn't going to change anything Maxercraft
Just cuz I don’t know how to mod doesn’t mean I can’t criticize others, and everyone thinks I don’t like solar because of his mods and that’s simply not the case, it’s is lack of effort to get better and cycle of putting out cheap garbage that gives him a bad name in the entire blade and sorcery community, I promise you. Almost every modder I’ve ever had a conversation with openly dislikes solar for the same reasons I do.
Makes sense that your familiar with how to make weapons, and if I’m being straight with you, it wouldn’t matter if you made 40 a day, no I wouldn’t care, and so would most of the blade and sorcery community seeing as how barely anybody downloads your mods. Hey solar, idk if you knew this but you can actually make mods that aren’t stupid ass, poorly made, barely working and half the time broken weapons? Did you know that you can make spells, armor, weapons with abilities, qol, maps, or literally anything other than what you already make? You do? Cuz it doesn’t seem like it. Also if we’re being real no one has refuted anything against my main argument of you not getting any better at modding, taking the quick and easy route and getting motivation from meat riders like wasnotable and kurbee. I said it once and I said it again, redeem yourself from the disrespect put on you by everyone with common sense in this community and take the time to make good, fleshed out, detailed mods, or find something better to do with your time, cuz as you are now when it comes to blade and sorcery modding, you contribute nothing and just fill the “new today” section with slop that 90% of people scroll by.

I get that my original post may have been uncalled for, and it has caused more trouble than it’s worth but this have evolved beyond that. I and a lot of people have pretty strong opinions about this sort of thing and that’s the main reason I started this, but I do agree it was pretty aggressive and that’s honestly my bad. I still stand by everything I said but do apologize for the harshness of it all, again, simply strong opinions

I could spend 500 years on a weapon, its still the same weapon lad. time doesnt equate to quality. I make functional weapons, thats what a weapon mod is. Plus i dont see you complaining about any other weapon modder who doesnt script? doesnt seem fair to me
It’s not even about scripting, look at spec, he’s made fantastic mods for a long time and only recently learned how to script. I explained how you can improve, learning to code and taking the time to make a mod, which is where your wrong again, time does in most cases equate to quality. Not automatically, but being patient and taking the time to refine and learn how to do more complex things with the game does mean better mods. Taking 500 years to make a weapon, if your being lazy, will produce the same basic ass weapons that you make, but spending those 500 years productively will give you the ability to make stuff that doesn’t make people spam barfing emojis replying to the mod bot posting links to ur mods on discord
Yknow it takes a pair of balls to apologize, especially on the internet. So I respect you maxer. In the end of the day we are all a community, and (cause I am a total hippie at heart) I believe we should try and bring ppl up instead of knocking them down yknow. Plus the reason this mod is simple is because I wanted it to be simple. The only reason I got involved is cause Solar did me a nice favor and was very pleasant when I talked to them, and I didn't want them to get s#*! for a simple mod that I requested.

Buddy why couldn’t we have just let this die. I already apologized and made my opinions clear and this whole situation is none of your business anyway. Honestly the entitlement to post on a dead and finished argument and just blatantly insult me is ridiculous. The only reason I’m so concerned about this is buddy has potential if he really wanted to apply himself, and people getting heated about it conflicted with me and started all this. I realized I was disrespectful in my response and confrontation and apologized for the whole thing. Also dawsnop or whatever the hell your name is, your not funny, not the main character, empty and overused insults don’t make you cool and I recommend you get your fat ass out of your single moms basement and go contribute to the world in a positive way instead of just taking up oxygen and being an eye sore
god people are twats why is it such a big deal that you make a lot of mods...? i prefer that honestly cuz im bound to find something i like or wanna try. dont let these people who got no attention as a child (most likely still dont) get to you. Excited about that weapon pack you mentioned too ^^
