The Wizard's Voice is a speech recognition mod powered by Sectix’s “UI” framework mod that allows the player to equip spells to their hands using their voice, without needing to use the spell wheel! 

For this mod to function correctly, you must setup Speech Recognition on your PC, by following the steps below:

The Wizard’s Voice will revolutionize the gameplay for those who play as a mage build. Never again will you need to stop the action to access the spell wheel to choose your next spell.  Please take a look at the attached video for a demo of how you can harness The Wizard’s Voice.  Please also view the mod images for a breakdown of the default spell commands for each spell included in this mod.



For example, imagine this scenario: Enemies are charging toward you. You yell “fireball!” and instantly bring fire to your hands, blasting back the enemy with fire. Then, you notice the crowd of enemies approaching behind you, you draw your sword and shout “electricity!” to bring forth lightning to your free hand to stun your foes without missing a beat and slashing them down with your sword.  Then, you quickly jump off the nearby ledge and in midair you shout “hands of gravity!” immediately granting your hands the power to gravity glide to safety.  This is just a small example showcasing how fights as a mage build will be more dynamic and natural; you’ll be left wondering how you ever lived without it. The Wizard’s Voice is yours to command!

The Wizard’s Voice is an all-new feature using the speech recognition tools offered by the UI mod. This mod comes equipped with a variety of phrases corresponding to each spell, by default.  However, if those phrases don’t feel natural to you, feel free to add your own phrases!  Each spell command is fully customizable in the JSON files within the mod folder.

The Wizard’s Voice comes with customizable JSON files for the Base Game: including voice commands to equip the fire, lightning, and gravity spells; in both hands, just right, or just left hand.

You will also notice a second folder for spell mod commands - including voice commands for some of the most popular spell mods, including:

To equip fire in both hands, say either of these:
