Adds Zoom from the flash, with abilities and super speed

Adds zoom armor from the flash.
(3 different armor pieces, zoom (the body piece), zoom head (mask), and zoom unmasked, (head piece without the cowl)
To use super speed, equip the body piece and close both your fists, visually some lightning will appear around you, and if you have the unmasked version, your eyes will turn black. This will change your movement speed to be 5x faster than normal (Doesnt sound like a lot but trust me you will go quite fast)
To summon a time remnant ally, double tap the left trigger. The time remnants have around double the health of a normal npc, and are very fast. They arent very good at dealing damage, but they are a good distraction, beware though if they trip while running around they will immediately die.
To vibrate your hand to act like a sawblade, double tap and hold right trigger. This will allow you to slice through npcs with your hand

New armor pieces:
Zoom (No abilities) the only abilities this one has is the lightning vfx when both of your hands are closed. Select this and any other headpiece (The head pieces dont have the abilities on them already, just the lightning vfx)
Zoom (No suit) Gives you zooms abilities, but without the suit! It does still give you the lightning, and it gives you blue eyes that turn black when you use super speed
Black Flash body and head: Same abilities as zoom, with 2 differences: Time remnant is swapped out for a roar, doesnt really do anything but play a sound effect, and super speed is way faster than the zoom one, and your hand phase instakills
