Please make the music be tied to volume sliders. The battle music for the map is WAY TOO LOUD for normal volume levels.
Also, the wood shield has a Spike on it and it doesn't do anything...
And the shields don't work to shield bash at all, at least the wooden one doesn't. It's like it doesn't do anything even if you swing properly (kinda like how the bows and staves act).
Hello. It is your mod that is being used to unlock a secret door in the infinity blade and sorcery dark citadel map mod, However it seems as if it doesn't work. The infinity blade must be put into a slot in order to open a massive door and proceed, However it seems to just not work. Could you make a collab with the creator for this? His name on Nexus is HuJohner. Please discuss this issue with him.
i dunno if it's just me but some of the swords feel overly... heavy? for being one handed swords. maybe there's a reason for it but, it just feels awkward handling something with such a short grip that's so unwieldly- there's a few of them that are less obvious than others, but for the most part they all feel too heavy for how short their handles are.
for such a large scale mod, i cant help but to be a bit disappointed. the weapons are far too thick, making any sort of cutting edge unfeasible which dampens the immersion, the throne room map is nice (i havent tried the other map), i really like its entrance and the design, but i always preferred to play the game with my own music or a podcast on, and the throne room comes with its own music which is completely unaffected by in game settings, making my own music impossible and my podcasts less plausible. finally, with the addition of so many weapons, i expected to find waves of enemies using the weapons in the book. admittedly, no where on the mod page does it say it added waves, but alas, an opportunity missed.
i played the mod.io version, so perhaps there was an update included in the port im unaware of, but this was my original experience
First, you have some good criticism as far as the music goes, and I knew that was going to be the case, because I haven't learned how to link my music into the system settings yet, still working on that. I'd say that having Infinity Blade's music playing during an Arena fight actually increases immersion though.
Secondly, As far as weapon thickness goes, I have no idea what you're talking about. Firstly, I didn't even make these weapon models, these are straight from the Infinity Blade games, made by a AAA developer, so they are what they are, and secondly, there are tons of very thin, katana-like weapons in this pack. Just choose weapons that fit your fighting style.
Thirdly, I'm focusing on adding weapons for the player to use first, and then I'll be adding enemy waves, as I learn the armor system and can customize enemies to look like titans from Infinity Blade. To me the most important part is getting the weapons in the game properly first, so that's what I'm focusing on. If you'd like to fight waves with my weapons now, however, you can install some mods that add all modded weapons to the wave spawn pool, they're out there.
Lastly, this is the exact same mod that's on mod.io, no differences, so not sure what you're talking about there.
