About this mod
Adds "Fight the Necromancer" boss waves and "Be the Necromancer" waves along with several items for use in the waves. Read the long description for instructions!!

The mod currently adds a RH, LH and pair of skull shoulder armor, a small skull mask, a crown (head band), a bone dagger that restores health on kills and a breakable staff with resurrection powers. The AI version resurrects the nearest corpse every few seconds while the player version resurrects the nearest corpse when alt use is pressed while holding the staff.
Includes 6 waves that make use of these items. Three of the waves spawn a Necromancer boss with minions and three of the waves spawn Necro allies for you to resurrect. The allies are still subject to fleeing.
The tip of the staff and the bone dagger blade will restore health when they deal a killing blow by means of pierce or slash. These healing properties have a 5 sec cool down for each pierce and slash.
Items can be found under the Necrotic category in the item book.
Waves can be found under Specials in the wave book. Necrotic NPCs' have increased health.
"Be the Necromancer"
- 3 waves under specials which will spawn one ally from the necro ally list. Easier waves will spawn a second if your ally dies.
- Must be holding the staff and press alt use to resurrect the corpse nearest to the head of the staff. Enemies will not rise as allies,
- If the staff breaks, the crystal must be grabbed from the holder and alt use must be pressed while holding it to active the resurrection powers.
- While holding the raw crystal, your health will drain. The crystal cannot be grabbed with telekinesis.
"Fight the Necromancer" (Waves use a lesser max alive count to allow for the extra bodies in play)
- 3 waves under specials with the staff of the Necromancer being the focal point. While the staff is present in a map, it will continue to look for corpses every 3-5 seconds, reviving the nearest it finds to full health.
- To advance beyond the boss portion of the waves, you must destroy the staff, then grab the crystal from the broken staff. Destroy the crystal to stop the resurrection powers and let the wave continue.
- You will hear a bone cracking sound when the staff has been hit with force enough to deal it damage. It requires 15 hits register in order to break. (smashing it against npc's deals it damage easier than attacking it or hitting stationary objects)
- Every time the staff takes damage, it will deal damage to the one holding it, dealing a larger amount upon breaking.
- While holding the raw crystal, your health will drain. The crystal cannot be grabbed with telekinesis.
- While the staff is present, the "max alive" setting for your waves will also be added to by the number of corpses you allow to remain in the settings. The default is 3 corpses visible, so a wave with 3 as a max alive will get you up to 6 npcs at once while the staff exists. Keep this in mind to adjust to what your pc can handle.
**The dead will rise regardless of the state of their appendages. Sometimes they just lay there and twitch, lose the ability to stand or outright go crazy; it is not a perfect magic.
