Added Elite Cultists, which have better gear than regular cultists
Added Elite Cultist Generals, which have double health, can't be disarmed, don't retreat, and are harder to knock out. They wear skull helmets. They have a smaller chance to appear during waves.
Added a boss battle to the final room.
Added 3 new arenas that act as an alternate route. The dungeon is still 6 arenas long, but you can choose different ones to get to the end.
Removed random wave lengths and instead added random enemy types per wave. Main waves are all around 24 enemies long.
Added beginner waves that limit the maximum amount of enemies to 3. This mode does not use Elite Cultists.
Added Elite Cultist General alternate waves. Puts you only against the strongest enemies in the dungeon.
Added Elite Cultists to the Melee Only waves.
