Turns out the devs made the Dalgarian Ball Doors only useable with Telekinesis which made this mod break Crystal Hunt. I am unable to make a toggle like Hawkloon did, so I did my best to modify the file so it still prevents flying garbage while letting you open the doors. (Albeit slowly)
---- TK Radius is very small and narrow, only activates if you look at the target with your arm fully outstretched
---- TK Strength reduced to essentially nothing, so if you do accidentally grab something, it wont cause any problems.
---- Dalgarian Doors can be opened by TK'ing the ball and moving it, however because I lowered the strength, it is a bit slow. If you can't handle the speed you can edit the .json and change the PositionMaxForce value to above 1.0
Original mod is still kept for those who don't care about Crystal Hunt, but after testing it, the (Mostly) No Telekinesis file never seemed to accidentally grab stuff when I used it, only when intentionally trying to. When I forced 'accidental grabs', the most the object did was move a bit to the side.

Figured out how to update it to 1.0, unfortunately only the base mod, no toggle available yet. This mod makes the game a bit harder, but adds immersion and reduces frustration when you get grabby/punchy with your enemies!

I got tired of flinging stuff around when in an intense fight, as well as other mods who use telekinesis forcefully, so with the help of Sectix, I was able to make a simple removal mod. A single file, nothing huge, but very important.

Thanks to Hawkloon, this mod now has a toggle! Spellbook now allows you to toggle telekinesis off/on at will, default is on so remember to check it before playing
