A full set of scale mail armor with an exotic flair. Features helmet, body and leg armor, boots, and gloves. Grab one for your next cisalpine expedition!

This is a rare full set of scale mail armor, possibly Byzantine, offering very excellent full body protection in combat. It features a unique chestplate consisting of many interlocking scales and strapped by leather, as well as a central embossed design. The chestplate wraps around the body and drapes down over the thighs, also lending great protection to the lower torso. Scale pauldrons are built on to the chestplate and hang over the shoulders. The open face helmet covers the head but leaves the face exposed, trading this for enhanced visibility. The arm guards, scale bracers, also feature leather gauntlets. The scale boots provide some coverage to the lower leg and foot. Overall, this very cohesive set can be worn together for maximum coverage or piecemeal as desired or required. Nothing gets through these scales!
IMPORTANT WEARING NOTE:
This armor appears in the book under the "Plates" category in Apparel. If you have any trouble equipping in the mirror, you can always use the book to equip any piece of armor. This armor can also be paired very well with my other armor mods and especially my medieval clothing mod, which I updated to fit very well with this armor. Feel free to post and let me know how this fares in actual combat testing and if it needs adjustment. While I would have liked the helmet to be visible, I had to compromise to have all the other armor be properly stackable. You could always still use one of my More Slots helmets for cosmetic visibility.
