      yeah im having the same thing happen i took the mod out because of it but the mod is fun to use so im not to sure on what to do

    I've been playing since then, and I've been really needing this mod to come back. Hopefully in a future update you could provide the other feature Necrotic had; having the completely drained corpses come back as zombies fighting on your side. 
    
    Otherwise, great mod, bit buggy, but very nostalgic
