Its incredibly annoying, and all the other versions just straight up bug the AI. It just seems annoying that the creator isn't saying anything about this
is it only me or all the goblin weapons seem un-lift-able? like the goblin champ spawns and he just drops his weapon and when I try to lift it, it feels like heavy as hell.
Version 5.0 will only work on the latest release of the beta. Currently, the latest beta release is U7B7. If you are on Oculus, you can update to the beta by following the below instructions:
1.) Uninstall BAS 2.) Go to the BAS store page in the Oculus store and where it states the current game version, (6.3), there will be a drop down menu that will allow you to choose the current beta release. 3.) Choose game version U7B7 and then at the top of the page within the blue box click on install. 4.) Once installed you'll be able to add mods just like before by extracting them to your streaming assets folder.
*If you update to U7B7, you'll only be able to use mods that have been updated for that game version.
**If you don't want to update to the latest beta release, then you can download Goblins Version 2.0 via the Files tab next to the description. Version 2.0 is compatible with game version 6.xx.
I see the goblin map on the map selection map, yet when I click it nothing happens. Also the weapons are a question mark in the weapons book, and I cant spawn them. I do have access to the waves though. Not sure why.
I'm looking over it now to see where the problem is. I'm sure you are, but make sure your updated to U7B7. It will only work on the new beta that was released on 10/06.
having problems with the mod, every time I download it into the game the book waves is gone, the weapons are shown but sadly I cannot spawn or chose any waves, any advice?
Not sure what would be causing that. I've checked to make sure it was working correctly just this morning. The waves should be available on all 4 base maps to the game. Currently, the mod won't work on any custom map unless you edit the waves yourself by either adding the custom map to the current waves available or by creating your own waves using the Goblin creature tables and assets. I'll go over all of it again to ensure I didn't miss anything
yeah, please do it was entertaining to watch your mod being used in YouTube videos, I hope this mode doesn't get messed up and take your time patching it up, I can't wait to use it!
Hello there, I have updated the mod. It now includes a custom map, the Goblin Cave. Hope you enjoy it, took a little while to make the map. The custom map comes with a bunch of new waves that are only available at the cave. The original waves can be used on all maps, including the cave. I'm still not sure what was wrong with the waves not showing up though. Last night I tested every wave on every map for the new release to make sure that they showed up and worked properly.
