   I can confirm that this mod works for U11.3 as of right now

   I have two questions. 
   1. Will you include the sheath framework for this?
   2. Are you considering giving this any of the abilities shown in the anime. For example, the ability to pass harmlessly through solid objects but cut through people at the same time?

      The sheath framework doesnt require any code? Its just placing spheres alongside your sheath. Check the tutorial Hujohner made.

      There is the anime slice framework by jenix. Thats pretty close the the stand ability.
