   What do i do whenever i try to use this mod or the Mjolnir Hammer mod none of them pop up in the weapon book, anything i should do?

      Do you have the game updated to U11? If you do than manual start from the beginning and work your way to the mod file to make sure your putting it into the correct file. Same thing happened to me embarrassing.

   Does it always return to your hand, even when in holster, and if so is there a way to fix that, or one being developed?

      hold the spell button for a second and a half to disable returning

   I haven't updated to U11 yet but this mod looks really cool!!! and I will definitely install it when I update, I hope you fixed it being blunt this time.
