I do not have access to my VR headset at the moment, so there will not be any updates for a little while (at least a month), but when I am able to I will try and update this mod
Just tested it and it seems to be working for me, are you using the U11 beta? This mod version is for the U11 beta and doesn't work with the U10 version of the game
Vortex doesn't seem to be working either, so that could also be an issue. You'll have to manually download the mod instead of using vortex
I'm glad you're enjoying the mod! I'm currently working on updating some of my other mods to the U11 beta as well.
As for the skinning knife, that is actually included the base game (new to the U11 beta), and I have heard that its bugged so that might be the issue you are having
