   am i doing something wrong or does this not work in outposts, the book never appears or the level never reloads

   Will this get rid of/reduce the loading screen?

      It will not. There is an option to respawn instead of re-loading the map and I've looked into getting that working but sadly it's hard-coded for Survival mode so it actually takes a really long time for you to respawn, so at that point it'd just be faster to reload the map

      They have respawn without loading screen working in Adammantium's multiplayer mod

   If you are playing on the Outpost, it doesn't check for any custom/modded runs unfortunately.
   
   Ex; Outer Rim Jedi/Sith/Bounty Hunter
   
   Please fix for more mod compatibility.
