Hey so, how do I use the freeze module do I just drop it in the mods folder or do I drop it into a mod?

I tried to add this into the leviathan axes from the god of war pack,
but when I load the game the weapons I put it on disappear.

Is there any fix for this I can do?

  I understand what I did wrong now.
  
  One thing, do I have to move the weapon json to the module folder or can I leave it in the God Of War pack folder?
