I hear you. You want to be able to download the mod using the in-game mod manager. The reason I haven't uploaded to mod.io until now is that for every download on Nexus I get a small donation from Nexus. So I have decided to make the mods available on mod.io to people who downloaded the mod on Nexus, that way I still get my points and you get the convenience to have the access in-game. HOW TO: Step 1: Download the mod on Nexus (feel free to delete it afterwards) Step 2: Add a comment listing your mod.io user name (Yes this means you have to have the account linked on your headset) Step 3: Wait till you get the email titled "HuJohner has invited you to preview their mods!" Step 4: Click on the link and subscribe! Step 5: Open the game in your headset and go to the mods section. You should see the mod auto download
EDIT: If you have skipped the email in the headset you can't use this unfortunately. Unless you contact mod.io support maybe they can help
If we can make this... why not make a Mana potion? I'm still surprised the Game Devs haven't done that already themselves. I find that to be a foregone conclusion at this point. Perhaps it could be in the works?
I saw this mod, (love it btw) and I was wondering; could you possibly make a mana potion? that gets rid of the normal mana regen and instead you have to use potions? (I ask this because I just want the estus).
Would it be possible to make it so we can edit the damage/duration values in a json file? Want to try out insta-kill poison and a posion that does a tiny amount of damage but last a long time etc, but there don't seem to be easy to access values to edit.
You can! For changes how drinking the poison affects you open HJ_PoisonPotion\Liquids\Liquid_PotionPoison.json and for how getting hit with a poisoned blade affects you open HJ_PoisonPotion\Spells\Spell_Poison.json. In both those files, you can find "healthLoss" (default 5HP per step), "poisonDuration" (default 5 seconds) and "poisonStep" (default every second). Just change the values to your liking :)
