Might just be me, but the sabre just feels way too big. It could be because I am used to the sabres from MMP, but I do also think it is a bit too big compared to vanilla weapons too. Would be awesome if it was a bit smaller I think, but obviously I am not the developer and I don't know much about models, so maybe you cant change it without the handle being out of scale or something etc. Thanks for the epic sabre either way ;)
edit: Oops, just realised this mod hasn't been touched in ages. But thank you anyway, and hope you're having fun doing other things! (you can make this mod work for u12 if you go to manifest.json and change the game version to 0.12.0.0, and then you can find it in the book when you dont have a category open)
Just wanted to pop by and give this mod a little love, the blade looks absolutely resplendent, like you've just gone and pinched it out of the museum. Love the sfx for it, sounds incredibly menacing when you draw it, and true to form it's a devastating cutting weapon, just need a flintlock to go with it now!

I'm having some problems using this unfortunately. It works but...
It feels like the weight is not properly distributed. The blade is too heavy relative to the hilt.
As a result it frequently wobbles in your hand when you swing it, and lacks real force. Theres just not enough counterweight and it isn't swinging right.
I don't know how accurate this is, perhaps these weapons are equally useless in real life. But it's certainly no good for combat as is
even if it wouldn't be accurate, making the hilt longer (or the blade shorter) would greatly help its useability. If its possible to adjust density, that would be even better, make the blade section lighter
