The default Posture parry mode is Disarm
The settings for the slowed and stagger modes for the Posture parry type are lifted from the Slowed parry type and the Stagger parry type

Fixed a bug where enemies could move after a Dark Souls 1 parry
Added the option for shield only parries. The only way to proc a parry is if the player is using an item whose type is "Shield." Assuming weapon modders set this type properly, this should work for modded shields as well
Changed the scaling on ds1ParrySlow from 0 - 1 to 0 - 100. In code, this value will be divided by 100, so 10 = 0.1 (default value).
