Spectral Armory now allows you change what weapons are summoned by the spell, including other modded weapons.
As a blanket statement, If you are having issues with a particular modded weapon and how it interacts with Spectral Armory, I cannot help you. there are far too many reasons why they might not work together, some of which aren't even possible to be fixed on my end.

With the release of 1.0 of BaS close at hand, I'm going to be locking the comments on my mods until they have been ported to 1.0, here is a small FAQ:
Q - When are the mods going to be updated? A - I don't know. I would like to spend some time enjoying the new update before I begin the process of updating my mods, and I don't know how much will have changed in the back end, which could require serious rewrites and with how busy life is it may take a decent length of time, as I would also like to make sure my mods are balanced/integrated into the Crystal Hunt Mode.
Q - Where can we find the mods when they're updated? A - Right here. I won't be uploading new versions to any sites and they'll be updated right here on Nexus and Mod.io
Q - What about any mods that have been left behind from previous updates (eg. Gunblades/Manablasters) A - I'd like to update these to 1.0 aswell, but I don't know how long those will take.
Q - Any plans for Nomad ports in future? A - No. I will not be porting any of my mods to Nomad, nor do I give anyone permission to. That being said, I don't own the concept of the things that I mod, just, you know, don't use my code/assets to make it yourself.
THIS NEEDS TO BE MADE INTO A SKILL TREE FOR 1.0 ITLL GO CRAZYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY crystal tier 1 : allows you to spawn tier 1 weapons crystal tier 2: allows you to spawn tier 2 weapons crystal tier 3: allows you to spawn tier 3 weapons with the merge combos: fire + spectral : lets you spawn fire imbued weapons when fire is selected in the other hand Mind + spectral : you can spawn 4 - 8 weapons depending on size above your enemy when activating slow motion and doing a down motion towards your enemy Body + spectral : idk about this one Gravity + spectral : lets you spawn Gravity imbued weapons when Gravity is selected in the other hand Electric + spectral : lets you spawn Electric imbued weapons when Electric is selected in the other hand
really odd request but could you add a feature that allows the weapons that are spawned to be imbued? i make my weapons red and usually imbue them with fire as i think its a cool asthetic and generally just fun to use, but the idea of being able to just summon them and have them be imbued would be amazing. if you could especially make it be double imbued (like the dual-imbue mod) that would be AMAZING.
For some reason when i try usising the mod it crashes before i can even get into the game. Does anyone have a fix or anything for this issue? oh nvm i just realized nomad players ruined it damn
As a nomad player I am truly sorry you had to go through this, but just know that the rest of the normal nomad players respect you for the mods you have created and I was really excited when I heard about the scripting update knowing I would finally use your mods but know even though we can play them just being able to see them is amazing
