Unfortunately not, this mod requires avatar framework. But it requires a lot of time and i'd need to update through multiple versions of the game which would take a lot of time and not exactly worth it compared to the amount of people liking it enough.

Attitude? If he says that to every npc modder and for example we all make that then there would be 13 madness combat avatars bruh. + it already happend once that we modders have made the same avatar mod cause a person was asking for 1 avatar to multiple modders.
