My discord server is dedicated to my Blade & Sorcery mods and acts as a simple place to talk about my mods and related subjects, see what I'm working on and get notified about major updates and releases. There are occasional beta versions of mods for testing as well. https://discord.gg/AndDphhNVh
One of the most common confusions about this mod is how to draw the katana from its sheath. It takes some practice to get used to it and can be uncomfortable at first, but this graphic represents how to draw a katana. In short, your fingers point upwards when grabbing the handle of a katana. Katana are mounted with the blade facing up, but don't be confused with longer swords such as the tachi, which are mounted with the blade facing down. Depending on which one you are drawing you will have to change your hand position when you withdraw from the sheath.
This is authentic to the katana, but if you don't like to worry about orientation, just equip the katana without the sheath.
genuinely thought the sheathe framework incompatibility was a bug. cant believe you made a katana megapack and thought it would be a good idea to keep the original dogshit ass sheathing
not sure what i'm doing wrong but I can't put the blade back in the sheathe and it seems like I can't take it places with me because it keeps despawning from my hip
Idk man. I've been cutting heads and other parts off like crazy with these swords. Even the really small ones I've been able to get heads off easy with.
will this have the sheath framework made into it or is the mod just being updated to different version? (basically is this mod only being updated to the newer versions and cant be changed entirely or is it possible and could be implemented in the future)
Just wanted to add my 2 cents that I love the mod and I, too, would love to see Sheath Framework implemented for these. :) Often when handing the katana from one hand to the other, I randomly grab the blade inside the sheath and the sheath just drops to the ground.
