When you deal above a certain amount of damage:
You will trigger the cinematic.
It will start to slow down, at a predetermined rate:
And once it fully slows down, it will begin to speed back up to what it was before.
When speeding back up, that also uses it's own rate:
Notes: When damage is hit, there is a cap. Assuming the damage hits the cap, then it will be a full scale cinematic. If it hits below it, it will be less than a full strength cinematic, meaning you won't slow down nearly as much.
If you hit above this damage cap... then you will get a more than full strength cinematic, going even slower (at a faster rate as well), then just the cap:
