No there is no U7 spiderman climbing mod, and this will never be downgraded to U7. Just use later versions of the game, as much as i'm sure you don't want to let your mods go, you can always back them up, and start fresh on U10 or maybe even U11.
when i grab something i cant let go of it and also i tried uninstaling it from vortex and i still cant let go of corners when i try to climb normaly someone pls help :(
