idk why but if i use the spell in one hand and use the spell it goes and goes non stop if i equip it in my other hand it go in and out if i have them bout equip in both hands. is it a bug

How much damage does the normal one do? (and the insta-kill?)

  The normal one has a bolt damage of 50 and the insta-kill damage is 999.
