the book only gives a question mark instead of an image of it and i cant pick or spawn anything

hi I'm sorry for bothering, can I ask you which software you using for adjusting these 3D models for b&s ?
I would like to start do something on my own, but there is many softwares and I don't know which should I pick.
any way I do like your work :)

  Thanks, I download the model on sketchfab.com, if needed I use blender3D to reformat the model to fbx, then I put it in Unity where I can adjust it to fit the game scale.
