I get the lag too if I spawn just two pouches. If you have the infinite quiver mod, it also lags once you throw a few shuriken. Seems like the issue isn't with the quiver, but rather with the shuriken themselves. They seem to be a bit laggy. I wonder if maybe it's the shininess that causes them to be so laggy.

the reason im saying this is that the last comment was "update for u7" so im guessing its not even u7 yet
1. Its a really cool mod but it claims to be an infinite pouch. It is not.
2. You should make another mod with Kunai instead of shurikens.
